Softball Sweeps Scottsdale

Scottsdale, Arizona-- The Coyote Softball squad swept the host Scottsdale Fighting Artichokes 11-10 and 12-10 on Saturday afternoon. The Yotes were able to score one run in the top of the 9th inning and then played stout defense in the bottom of the ninth to win game one. In game two, Bri Jackson was 3 for 5 with 3 RBI to lead the way for the Coyote win. They scored four runs in the top of the final inning and once again got it done defensively to hold on for the win. The Coyote softball team now sits at .500 with a record of 12 and 12.
