Glendale, Arizona-- The CGCC Coyotes Softball team also earned a victory this weekend over Glendale Community College posting 12 runs including a home run from Summer Duran and a home run from Jillian Lagasca. Lagasca had four RBI, scored three runs and was 3-5 from the plate, leading the way for the Coyotes. CGCC eventually won 12-6.

Although the second game of the doubleheader did not create the same winning result, with the Coyotes losing 14-6, the Softball team remains at a .500 winning percentage and a 5-5 record on the season. Their next game is at home against Phoenix College.
