MEN'S BASKETBALL ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE AWARD
The Coyote Basketball program proves excellence on the court and in the classroom
The 24-25 Men's basketball team played for the NJCAA Region I title after finishing second in the ACCAC. The team was not finished with the work.
They combined for a team 3.72 GPA. The highest ever for a Men's Basketball team in the history of the program. Steve Silsby the Head Coach said "The players deserve all the credit. They are driven to be better and i am happy to be involved with them. They had a great year on the floor and in the classroom." Russell Luce the Director of Athletics added "I am thankful that I was able to watch these young men compete on the floor and in the classroom. They compete with the best I have ever seen."
High praise for this group who look to return with the same efforts in the 25-26 year. They will be led by a stong group of returners with a talented group of freshman.
WIN THE DAY in every area is what this group did and will continue to do.
