**Chandler-Gilbert Community College Dominates GateWay Community College with a 4-0 Victory**

In an impressive display of skill and teamwork, Chandler-Gilbert Community College (CGCC) secured a decisive 4-0 victory over GateWay Community College (GWCC) on September 27, 2025, at the Coyote Soccer Pitch. The match, which kicked off at 5:45 PM, saw CGCC take control early and maintain their dominance throughout the game.

**First Half: Early Lead Established**

CGCC wasted no time in asserting their dominance, with Alivia Waite opening the scoring just 2 minutes and 55 seconds into the match, assisted by Isabella Misquez. Shortly after, at the 5:45 mark, Payten Hollobaugh doubled the lead with a goal from a corner kick, assisted by Brinlee Smith. The first half concluded with CGCC leading 2-0.

The Second Half: Sealing the Victory

The second half saw CGCC continue their offensive onslaught. Sally Hollobaugh, assisted by Isabella Misquez, scored at the 53-minute mark, extending the lead to 3-0. Brooklynne Murray added the final touch with an unassisted goal at the 64-minute mark, sealing the 4-0 victory for CGCC.


CGCC's defense was equally impressive, limiting GWCC to just two shots on goal throughout the match. Goalkeepers Kalei Henderson and Rhea Abu each played a half, collectively securing a clean sheet with one save each. GWCC's goalkeeper, Malia Shook, faced a barrage of 13 shots on goal, managing to save nine despite the four goals conceded.
