Pima Community College used a dominant second half to pull away from Chandler-Gilbert Community College, winning 94–63 on Saturday afternoon (Feb. 14, 2026) at the Aztec Gym.

After a competitive first half that saw Pima take a 45–39 lead into the break (27–21 after one, 18–18 in the second), the Aztecs flipped the game with a decisive third quarter. Pima outscored Chandler-Gilbert 25–14 in the third and then poured it on in the fourth, 24–10, turning a six-point halftime edge into a 31-point final margin.

Pima's interior presence and efficiency were the difference all day. The Aztecs shot 52.0% from the field (39-of-75) and controlled the glass 58–20, including 19 offensive rebounds that repeatedly extended possessions. Pima also moved the ball effectively, finishing with 24 assists on 39 made baskets.

Lucy Fisher led all scorers with 27 points on an ultra-efficient 12-of-16 shooting while adding 11 rebounds for a double-double. Kiley Sours-Miller posted 16 points and 11 rebounds and was a force defensively with three blocks. Reigne Waugh added 14 points and nine rebounds, and Melicia Nelson filled the stat sheet with nine points and a game-high eight assists. Pima also got timely perimeter production from its bench, with Ahdiayh Chee and Cassie Coolidge scoring six points apiece while combining to hit four threes.

Chandler-Gilbert was paced by Addyson Horsley's 26 points (8-of-19 FG, 8-of-10 FT) and fought to stay close early, but struggled to generate consistent offense as the game wore on. The Coyotes shot 30.0% overall (21-of-70) and 21.2% from three (7-of-33). Kayden Cosgrove chipped in eight points, while Macy Johnson scored nine. Chandler-Gilbert did create some extra chances with 10 steals, but couldn't overcome the rebounding deficit and Pima's second-half surge.

With the win, Pima improved to 21–4 overall and 13–2 in conference play, while Chandler-Gilbert moved to 15–12 overall and 6–9 in league action. No technical fouls were assessed in the contest.
